Guntur Kaaram: Mahesh Babu’s Displeasure Denied by Producer

Superstar Mahesh Babu’s much-anticipated film, Guntur Kaaram, slated for a Sankranti 2024 release, is currently making waves on social media, but not for the right reasons. The disappointment surrounding the second single, ‘Oh My Baby,’ has triggered negative trends and controversies, with Mahesh Babu fans expressing dissatisfaction, particularly targeting the Music director SS Thaman and Lyricist Ramjogayya Shastry.

The latest twist in the tale came when news broke that a new song scheduled for shooting was put on hold. Reportedly, Mahesh Babu himself expressed dissatisfaction with the current version and instructed the makers to rework the song. This move has added fuel to the fire, leading to a storm on social media as fans express their annoyance, accusing the makers of carelessness.

Responding to the rumors, producer Naga Vamshi took to social media to address the speculations. He reassured fans, stating, “Dear Super Fans and Movie-lovers, #GunturKaaram film has 4 full songs and one bit song. We have finished shooting for 3 songs and one bit song. We are going to shoot for the last song from 21st December as per our Schedule.”

Vamshi dismissed the recent news as fake gossip, urging fans not to fall prey to rumors spread by gossip mongers seeking attention. He emphasized that the silence of the production team doesn’t validate the rumors being circulated.

While some sections of the audience found solace in the producer’s response, others remain skeptical, unsure whether the statement holds true. The controversy surrounding Guntur Kaaram serves as a reminder of the challenges and expectations that accompany high-profile film releases, where even minor setbacks can trigger social media storms and fan dissatisfaction. As the film’s release date approaches, all eyes will be on the production team’s efforts to address concerns and deliver a product that lives up to the anticipation.
