Google’s Pixel 8a Leaks in Stunning Full Color Ahead of I/O Reveal

The rumor mill has been working overtime when it comes to Google’s upcoming mid-range smartphone, the Pixel 8a. And the latest leak leaves little to the imagination, as we get a detailed look at the device in all four of its vibrant colorways.

Courtesy of the latest high-quality renders, we can now feast our eyes on the Pixel 8a in Obsidian (black), Porcelain (white), Bay (blue), and a striking Mint shade. The design echoes the established Pixel aesthetic, with a slightly updated camera module and sleek, minimalist aesthetic.

Under the hood, the Pixel 8a is expected to pack Google’s latest Tensor G3 chipset, the same silicon that will power the flagship Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro models. Paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, this mid-ranger should offer flagship-level performance for a more accessible price point. Camera buffs will be pleased to find a capable 64MP main shooter and a 13MP ultrawide lens, along with a sizable 4,500mAh battery supporting 27W fast charging.

While the Pixel 8a may arrive at a slightly higher price tag compared to its predecessor, Google is clearly intent on delivering a truly premium mid-range experience. With the device set to make its official debut at the company’s annual I/O developer conference on May 14, eager Pixel fans won’t have to wait much longer to get their hands on this stunning new addition to the lineup.
