The Tamil film DeAr, which stars actor-composer GV Prakash and Aishwarya Rajesh in the main roles, will be available for streaming on Netflix starting Sunday, April 28th. DeAr is a romantic drama about a newly married couple whose marital bliss is disrupted by the wife’s persistent snoring. Director Anand Ravichandran helms the romantic drama. It should be highlighted that DeAr shares a similar storyline with the 2023 blockbuster Good Night, featuring Manikandan and Meetha Raghunath. In this film, the traditional gender roles are reversed, with the husband being the one who snores.

This movie signifies the initial collaboration between GV Prakash and Aishwarya Rajesh, who will be seen together on screen. The title is a blend of the main characters’ names, Deepika and Arjun. In this movie, GV Prakash portrays a newsreader who is a light sleeper and insists on getting a total of eight hours of sleep, which is crucial for his profession. With Deepika being a snorer, the film explores how this issue impacts their lives.
Varun Tripuraneni, Abhishek Ramisetty, and G Pruthviraj are the film producers. In addition to acting, GV Prakash composed the music for the film.
