Buzz around Aavesham’s OTT Release

Fahadh Faasil, the versatile actor, achieved his most tremendous success with the movie Aavesham. His portrayal of Ranga captivated audiences with his charm and energy. The film has now crossed the impressive milestone of 130 crores in global box office collections, continuing to attract audiences to cinemas.

The action-comedy film, directed by Jithu Madhavan, is set to premiere on Prime Video on May 9, as per the latest social media updates. Despite this, an official announcement from the streaming service is still pending. The movie features Roshan Shanavas, Mithun Jai Shankar, Sajin Gopu, and Mansoor Ali Khan in significant roles. It is a co-production between Anwar Rasheed Entertainments and Fahadh Faasil and Friends, with music composed by Sushin Shyam. Usually, South Indian Films make their digital debut after four weeks of theatrical release, but sometimes the period can be extended if the film gets a massive theatrical run.

Aavesham commences with a fresh influx of young students going to Bengaluru from different parts of Kerala. Bibi, Santhan, and Aju realize their aspirations in the narrow streets of Bengaluru, which are filled with private PGs and hostels. The situation becomes intricate when they stand their ground and refuse to submit to the dominance of their seniors at the college. A narcissistic senior named Kutty, whose moniker aptly matches his petite stature, abducts Bibi, Santhan, and Aju, detains them, and subjects them to physical assault. Determined to seek retribution, the trio eventually befriend Ranga (Fahadh Faasil), a Local Don.
