Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff’s Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, is highly anticipated this year. Scheduled to premiere on Eid 2024, it will compete with Ajay Devgn’s Maidaan at the box office. Recently, the makers of Maidaan announced its IMAX release. Additionally, there are reports that Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff’s Bade Miyan Chote Miyan will also be shown in IMAX format.
The upcoming film Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is scheduled to hit theaters on Eid 2024. Like Maidaan, Akshay and Tiger’s action-packed movie will likely have an IMAX release. As per a report by Bollywood Hungama, the creators of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan believe that their action film should be experienced on the largest screen available. According to an insider from the entertainment portal, IMAX is the perfect choice. The details are being finalized, and if everything goes smoothly, the IMAX release will be confirmed shortly, followed by an official announcement.
Should BMCM receive an IMAX release, it would mark Akshay Kumar’s fourth Bollywood film to be released in that format. Previously, the actor’s films Gold, Samrat Prithviraj, and 2.0 were all released in IMAX. Directed by filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan tells the story of soldiers coming together to retrieve a weapon from a masked individual with intentions to harm India. While Akshay and Tiger play the lead roles, Prithviraj Sukumaran portrays the antagonist in the movie.
