Jr NTR’s much-awaited upcoming film Devara Part 1 trailer has been unveiled today in a grand event in Mumbai. The trailer promises full-on action, showcasing Jr NTR’s potential as a mass action hero, and sets the stage for an epic face-off between Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan.
The trailer opens with a shot set against the backdrop of the sea, introducing Saif Ali Khan as Baira, a deceptive figure who brings destruction to the island and pretends to be a friend to Jr NTR’s character, waiting for the right moment to betray him. As the trailer progresses, Jr NTR is revealed as Devara, with glimpses of his innocent side from other character and a budding love story with the female lead, played by Jaahnvi. The chemistry between them is explored through some cute romantic moments.
What truly stands out is Anirudh’s energetic background score, which has once again captivated audiences. The trailer concludes with a breathtaking shot of a whale emerging from the sea, leaving a lasting impact.
During the event, Jr NTR expressed his nervousness, stating that this is his first solo release in six years. Meanwhile, Jaahnvi shared her excitement about working with Jr NTR, saying, “I was a big fan of NTR, and now I have become an even bigger fan after working with him. I want to do every single film with NTR.” Karan Johar also hinted at future collaborations, suggesting that the relationship with Jr NTR for Devara is just beginning.
Devara Part I is slated to hit the screens on September 27th.
