Akshay Kumar to start shooting for Jolly LLB 3

Akshay Kumar is all set to take the Jolly LLB franchise forward with its third installment, Jolly LLB 3, seven years after the release of Jolly LLB 2. This time, he will be joined by Arshad Warsi and Huma Qureshi in this courtroom comedy. The shooting for the film commenced in Rajasthan last weekend (April 29) with Arshad, and a few days later, Akshay also joined the crew. Both actors will portray rival characters in the movie, adding an exciting dynamic to the storyline.

The initial shooting schedule for Jolly LLB 3 was disclosed by inside sources, revealing that it will span 15-20 days. Huma Qureshi will be returning to play Akshay’s wife in the film. Before joining this project, She had been filming Gulabi in Ahmedabad until recently. After wrapping up the Rajasthan schedule, the Jolly LLB 3 team will move on to Delhi for the next shooting phase. According to close sources of Akshay, the filming in the national Capital is set to take place for 30-40 days, spanning from June to July. The shoot will encompass different areas of the city. The media report also states that outdoor and indoor shoots have been planned near the Tees Hazari court area.

Jolly LLB 3 will be filmed in various states, but most scenes will occur in Delhi. Initial reports suggested that the production might face delays or cancellations due to the hot weather. Nevertheless, these rumors are unfounded. Disney and Cape of Good Films, Akshay’s production banner, will collaborate to produce Jolly LLB 3. The third installment will feature a face-off between two Jollys and will hit the cinemas in 2025. As for Akshay’s upcoming projects, he has several films for release this year. Following the disappointment of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, the actor will be appearing in Welcome To The Jungle, Sarfira, and Sky Force. Despite clashing with Ajay Devgn’s Maidaan, his Eid release BMCM did not perform well at the box office.
