1000 Babies, the latest Malayalam web series, has made its digital debut. Directed by Najeem Koya, the thriller is now streaming on Disney+Hotstar. Rahman and Neena Gupta played the main roles in this series, which has been produced by Shaji Nadesan and Arya under the banner of August Cinema.
The crime thriller started streaming on October 18, and the makers had previously announced that 1000 Babies will be accessible for the viewers in seven languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, and Hindi, besides the original version, Malayalam. After Perilloor Premier League and Nagendran’s Honeymoons, 1000 Babies is the third original web series from Disney + Hotstar. The trailer for the series promises a thrilling ride.
Neena Gupta plays the character of an elderly woman who has a lot of secrets in her life, while Rahman plays a sincere and rigid police officer who searches for the truth behind a series of murders. The trailer also shows suspicious birth centers with an unexpected past. The interesting thing is that Rahman makes his OTT debut with 1000 Babies while Neena Gupta returns to the Malayalam industry after a 32-year-long gap. Ashiwn Kumar, Adil Ibrahim, Shaju Sreedhar, Sanju Sivaram, Irshad Ali, Joy Mathew, VKP, Manu M Lal, Shalu Rahim, Sirajudheen, Vivian Shanth, Nazlin, Dileep Menon, Dhaneep Anand, Srikant Murali, Sreekanth Balachandran, and Radha Gomaty appear in other crucial roles off 1000 Babies. Sankar Sharma scored the music for this series.
