According to trade experts’ estimates, the report indicates that Ulajh garnered ₹1.7 crore net on its second release day. This figure reflects minimal growth compared to its first-day collections, which amounted to ₹1.15 crore. After two days in theaters, Ulajh has reached a total of ₹2.85 crore in India. It remains uncertain whether the film will experience an increase in viewership on its first Sunday. On Saturday, Ulajh recorded an overall Hindi occupancy rate of 19.11 percent. The occupancy for morning shows was 8.64 percent, while afternoon shows saw 18.02 percent, evening shows reached 21.33 percent and night shows achieved 28.45 percent.
Ulajh features Janhvi in the character of Suhana, an Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer who rises to become the youngest Deputy High Commissioner. Despite facing accusations of nepotism from her peers, she must navigate through suspicion and skepticism about her loyalty while tackling a challenging assignment at the London embassy. The film also includes Adil Hussain, Roshan Mathew, and Meiyang Chang in its cast. Vineet Jain has produced it, with Amrita Pandey as the co-producer under the Junglee Pictures banner.
