Akkineni Naga Chaitanya who is struggling to score a hit at the Box Office is planning something big for his upcoming flick. After the failures of Thank You and Custody, Naga Chaitanya has become quite picky these days in choosing his scripts. After hearing so many subjects finally he gave a nod to the director Chandoo Mondeti which marks as the 3rd collaboration with him after Premam and Savyasachi. Being a Nagarjuna fan himself Akkineni fans feel that Chandoo Mondeti is the right person to handle Naga Chaitanya during this tough period as he knows the pulse of Chay fans and could match their expectations. NC23 will be produced by Bunny Vas under Geetha Arts Banner.
Naga Chaitanya is said to be playing a fisherman role in the yet to be titled NC23. Chaitanya underwent a massive physical transformation, His dedication and commitment to the role surprised fans and netizens. NC23 is said to be a Pan India project and high budget movie in Naga Chaitanya’s career. The makers were considering either Keerthy Suresh or Sai Pallavi for the project. Finally they went with Sai Pallavi by making it official. After Love Story, Akkineni Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi are reuniting for NC23. Anirudh was said to be the music composer and was doing rounds for a while in social media, But the latest we are hearing is either Santosh Narayan or Devi Sri Prasad can be picked for the project. ‘Thandel’ is said to be the tentative title for the film.
Naga Chaitanya who is celebrating his 37th birthday on Nov 23rd, The makers are planning to release a special video from NC23 and currently the shoot is happening for that. The film is under pre-production and said to go on floors in the month of December.
