Infinix Hot 40i Launches in India: A Budget-Friendly Powerhouse

Infinix has officially launched the Hot 40i in India, the latest addition to its Hot 40 series. The Hot 40i is the successor to the Hot 30i and brings a host of improvements and new features at an affordable price point.

The Hot 40i features a large 6.6-inch 720×1612 90 Hz LCD screen, providing a smooth and immersive viewing experience. Powering the device is the Unisoc T606 SoC, which is capable of handling day-to-day tasks and light gaming with ease. The phone comes with 8GB of RAM, along with support for 8GB of virtual RAM, ensuring smooth multitasking and app switching. Storage won’t be an issue with the Hot 40i, as it offers 256GB of expandable UFS 2.2 storage.

In terms of design and build, the Hot 40i features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor embedded in the power button for added security and convenience. It also comes with an IP53 rating for dust and splash resistance, making it suitable for daily use.

On the camera front, the Hot 40i sports a single 50 MP f/1.6 rear camera, accompanied by a 0.08 MP decorative auxiliary lens. For selfies, there’s a 32 MP f/2.2 front camera with an LED flash, ensuring that you can capture clear and detailed photos even in low-light conditions.

The Hot 40i runs on Android 13 with Infinix’s XOS 13 skin on top. While the phone offers a feature-rich user experience, there are no promises regarding software updates, so users should keep this in mind.

The Infinix Hot 40i will be available for purchase on Flipkart starting February 21. It comes in four attractive color options: Starlit Black, Palm Blue, Horizon Gold, and Starfall Green. The phone is priced at INR 9,999, but customers can avail of a special launch price of INR 8,999 for a limited time.

Overall, the Infinix Hot 40i offers a compelling package with its impressive specifications, stylish design, and affordable price tag, making it a great choice for budget-conscious consumers looking for a feature-packed smartphone.
