Siddhant Chaturvedi’s action drama, Yudhra, failed to get a decent total on its first weekend at the box office. The film received mixed reviews upon its theatrical release, and with the help of National Cinema Day, it produced a good number on day 1. However, as the film did not receive an encouraging talk, it gradually slowed down at the box office and is heading towards becoming one of the biggest disasters of Bollywood.
Yudhra was released in theaters on September 27, 2024, and it gathered a respectable total on its opening day, 4.5 crores net in India. However, the film dropped heavily on the second day and was only able to collect 1.5 crore net, followed by a slight growth on Sunday with 2.5 crore net, taking the net collection total to 8.5 crore and the gross collection will be 10 crore. The trade experts are not hopeful about the film showing any jump from today as it failed to cross its first-day figures on Sunday despite having no major opposition.
Directed by Ravi Udyawar and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akthar under the Excel Entertainment banner, Yudhra also stars Malavika Mohanan as the female lead, while Raj Arjun, Ram Kapoor, and Gajaraj Rao played the other crucial roles. Yudhra tells the story of a young man with anger issues taking on a mission to punish the drug mafia.
