“You ask Naidu about his manifesto, he seals his mouth with ‘fevicol’, says Jagan

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has said that TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu didn’t even fulfil 10 percent of his promises during his terms as Chief Minister meanwhile YSRCP has completed 99% of the poll promises at the mega public meeting organized in Kavali, Nellore as part of the Memantha Siddham Yatra on Saturday.

Questioning the motive behind the TDP-JSP-BJP alliance, the Chief Minister quipped that if Chandrababu has done any good to the state of Andhra Pradesh, why is he going with three party alliance?

“Are you all ready to support the YSRCP and safeguard the interests of the poor, and senior citizens? The TDP has ganged up with Pawan Kalyan and the BJP, which failed to give special category status to Andhra Pradesh. For the past four months, I have been asking Chandrababu to list his accomplishments while he was the chief minister for 14 years. He (Chandrababu) didn’t answer my questions, but he should tell the people of the state,” said Chief Minister Jagan.

The Chief Minister also showed the TDP’s manifesto and said, “He (CBN) was the Chief Minister for 14 years but still doesn’t have the ‘guts’ to tell the people what he has done. However, the YSRCP government has benefited every house in the state with welfare measures. Only through DBT, we have deposited over Rs 2.7 lakh crore in the accounts of the poor in the last 58 months.”

“In 2014 too, Chandrababu and his allies promised to waive off farm and DWCRA loans, deposit Rs 25,000 in the name of a newborn girl baby, monthly financial assistance to unemployed youth, and develop a state like Singapore, but he failed to implement even one. Again, Chandrababu and his allies are coming together with a colourful manifesto giving ‘Super Six’ and ‘Super Seven’ promises to deceive people,” said Chief Minister Jagan.

He also explained the people on the door delivery of government services implemented by YSRCP without corruption and discrimination. “We have changed the face of government schools, revolutionary changes in medicine, secretariat and volunteer system, RBK and village clinics in every village, Disha App for the protection of women, and so on,” said Chief Minister Jagan.

“We consider the election manifesto as a holy book. If you want the welfare schemes to continue for another five years, consider voting for ‘fan’ (YSRCP symbol). Are you all ready to save the future of the state?” said Chief Minister Jagan.
