Vishwambhara’s Sacrifice for Game Changer

Another postponement has been locked for Ram Charan’s long-delayed project Game Changer, directed by Shankar. While audiences, including fans, have become familiar to this treatment from the makers, this time they are relieved that the producer has made a video announcement with a proper release date. Furthermore, this announcement has been shared by the production team, Sri Venkateswara Creations, which has maintained silence until now and also unveiled a poster featuring the release date.

Game Changer will now be released during the much-anticipated Sankranti 2025 festival, and it will be the first film to go ahead, as they have locked the date for January 10, 2025. Although it was initially slated for release during Christmas 2024, Producer Dil Raju stated that it was the distributors’ request that prompted the push to the Sankranti release.

Additionally, the makers of Game Changer faced a tricky situation regarding Ram Charan’s father, Chiranjeevi’s film Vishwambhara, which was already locked in for the Sankranti slot. Chiranjeevi had to step back from the release date to make way for Game Changer. Given their blood relation, it raises the question of whether this would have been an easy move if not for Game Changer.
