While Superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming film Vettaiyan is slated to hit the screens this October 10th, the buzz for his next project, Coolie, is actually even higher than for the current film. Despite the film’s shoot yet to begin, the makers have been providing back-to-back updates on a daily basis, introducing characters from the film.
What makes it more special is that all these characters are star-studded, with actors roped in from different industries to create a perfect Pan India film. Director Lokesh Kanagaraj is ensuring everything falls into place to make this a special movie for the superstar.
While Soubin Shahir from Mollywood and Akkineni Nagarjuna from Tollywood are joining the cast, the makers have now roped in Sandalwood star Upendra, who will be seen as Kaleesha in the film. The first look poster looks intense. The addition of Satyaraj and Shruti Haasan further enhances the heavy casting, and there are more surprises awaiting from the project.
