The film starts off well with the title cards accompanied by the background voice of its first part’s famous dialogues, setting the right tone for the franchise to continue.
Unlike the entertaining first half of the first part, this one slightly drops as a few comedic moments click and a few don’t. The problem lies in showcasing repetitive scenes and attempting to recreate the old magic that resonated well with the audience in the first part. However, a promising interval episode with a twist to Anupama’s characterization gives hope for the story as it progresses.
The lead pair’s chemistry was good, and Anupama, as Lilly, has done a decent job.
Siddharth Jonnalagadda has once again taken the lead by dominating throughout with his hilarious slang and timely comedic moments, which entertain consistently. Especially scenes involving Sidhu’s character and his family, the comedic moments between father and son stand out.
The background score and music are also good.
It’s entertaining throughout, with hilarious moments guaranteed for the spectators. It’s been a while since we had a rollercoaster ride of entertaining moments, and this film lives up to the expectations and provides a much-required boost for the franchise to move on.
The twist towards the end, which gets threaded through all the comic moments, worked big time.

It’s Sidhu Jonnalagadda as DJ Tillu all along who impressed us with his impeccable timing and screen presence. His characterization, when handled well, is certainly going to click, and it’s proved with the second part.
Unlike the first part, where at certain points, we feel nothing is happening and just sticking to the protagonist’s characterization, this time the makers have done right to their wrongs by implementing a decent story. Though it’s routine, the way the hilarious scenes were imposed makes it worth watching, and it also has repeat value stuff. All credit goes to Sidhu Jonnalagadda.
While the first half opens well, but too many repetitive incidents from the first part turn you off a bit, despite the entertainment. The latter half of the film takes you on a hilarious ride.
Muralidhar Goud as DJ Tillu’s father has done a terrific job once again. His camaraderie with Sidhu Jonnalagadda is certainly one of the standout moments from the film. The car chase sequence followed by Neha Shetty’s cameo makes us go mad with throughout laughs. Never laughed this much before, and all credit goes to the makers.
The Tillu Franchise’s hidden talent is music. Both parts have generated well and give a boost to the film.
Anupama’s characterization looks interesting as Lilly. It has two types of shades while the first one gives us a mixed response, the latter one that holds the key for the plot was very impressive. The twist in the climax worked well.
Overall Verdict: It’s an entertaining ride. Just book your tickets without having any second thoughts.
