The GOAT First Week Collections

Thalapathy Vijay’s The GOAT has completed its first week at the box office. Considered to be the second last movie of the star actor, the film was released in theaters worldwide amidst huge expectations on September 5, 2024. Though the film did not receive unanimous positive reviews, the star power of Vijay has made the film gather impressive numbers at the box office.

This action drama has seen fewer numbers from Kerala and Telugu States, but it performed strongly in Tamil Nadu and overseas. The Karnataka region gave decent numbers to the film. For 7 days, the film has collected 140 crore gross in Tamil Nadu, while the Kerala number stands at 14 crore. Andhra Pradesh and Telangana’s combined number will be over 10 crore, while the Karnataka number stands at 22.5 crore, while North India’s gross will be around 17 crore. The overseas number of The GOAT is 130 crore. So, the first week’s worldwide gross collection of the film stands at 334 crore.

Directed by Venkat Prabhu, The Greatest of All-Time stars Sneha and Meenakshi Chaudhary as female leads. Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Jayaram, Mohan, and Ajmal played the other crucial roles, while the film’s music was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. As there are no major Tamil films getting released this week, The GOAT can enjoy another good weekend as it will be the first choice of moviegoers of Tamil.
