TDP-Jana Sena meet today, where is BJP?

The Jana Sena is in alliance with the BJP as of now. But Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan is attending a joint meeting of the TDP and Jana Sena in Rajamahendravaram today. Does it mean that Pawan Kalyan broke his alliance with the BJP?

Before attending the joint meeting with the TDP, Pawan Kalyan should tell the world that he broke the alliance with the BJP. Or the BJP leaders from Andhra Pradesh should tell the world that they broke the alliance with the Jana Sena.

If both parties fail to make it clear, people will have a chance to have their own calculations. They would decide that Jana Sena is in alliance only with the TDP and not the BJP. This would have some different impact on the electoral benefits of the Jana Sena and the TDP in 2024.

Time is running out for the political parties in Andhra Pradesh as general elections are just six months away from now. Those who are planning to have alliance should tell the people that they would be coming to them as a team.

The TDP, besides having alliance with the Jana Sena is looking at the two communist parties for grand alliance. Even the CPI and the CPI-M too are curiously waiting for the TDP to announce alliance. These parties are hoping that they could make it to the Assembly only if they tie-up with the TDP.

Shockingly, even the Jana Sena wants the alliance with the TDP to win a handful of seats in the coming elections. Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan strongly believes that he could win some seats only if he goes with the TDP and not the BJP.

Whoever is aligning with whatever party, the ruling party is confident of retaining power in the next election. Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy is confident of winning a good number of seats in the elections for his welfare schemes.

Jagan Mohan Reddy believes that those who have received benefits from his government would vote for him in the coming election. He is confident in this and is going all alone without any alliance. He is confident that BJP and the BRS would help him in the coming elections. It is to be seen how far he would win and retain the power.
