SWAG had a decent first weekend at the box office. Sree Vishnu’s quirky comedy drama was released in theaters on October 4, 2024. The film received majorly positive reviews from audiences, while a section of reviewers did not give it a thumbs up. The critics felt that the film had a good and interesting storyline, but the confusing narration did not help the purpose. Because it was a unique attempt, SWAG did not get the unanimous response it needed.
For 3 days, SWAG collected 6 crore gross at the worldwide box office. These numbers are not great, but they can be termed as decent for a small movie. Now, the journey from today till festival days will decide the end result of SWAG at the box office. If the film could hold somehow till the weekend, it can gather good numbers by bringing audiences to the theaters during the Dasara festival, but whether it can achieve it or not needs to be seen.
