Stree 2, the much awaited sequel to Stree (2018) is creating havoc at the ticket windows. The audiences are loving the mix of entertainment and thrills in this horror comedy. After opening with a huge number on its first day, Stree 2 continued the momentum and scored a tremendous total for the extended weekend.
It is widely known that Stree 2 was released on August 15th, and it took 65 Crores net in India, including the numbers from Paid Premiers. The film collected 35 Crores on the second day, following 46 Crores and 58 Crores Net on the third and fourth days. On the fifth day, Stree 2 amassed a whopping 38 Crores Net with the help of Raksha Bandhan holiday advantage. So for 5 days, Stree 2 gathered 242 crores net in India.
Stree 2 stars Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana, and Pankaj Tripathi in crucial roles. The film also stars Varun Dhawan, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Akshay Kumar in cameos. Directed by Amar Kaushik, Stree 2 has been produced by Dinesh Vijan, and Jyoti Deshpande under the Maddock Films banner.
