The horror comedy blockbuster Stree 2 is having a phenomenal run at the box office. After a long time, a film is still minting a considerable amount of collections and surprising the industry and trade circles as well.
Recently, Stree 2 created a history at the Bollywood box office as it crossed Shah Rukh Khan and Atlee’s Jawan and became the new all-time blockbuster of Bollywood. On Thursday (September 19) the film gathered nearly 2 crore net in India. The overall net collection of Stree 2 at the domestic box office will be around 590 crore. Today, with the help of National Cinema Day, the film is poised to collect a double-digit number at the box office.
Directed by Amar Kaushik, Stree 2 benefited from amazing chemistry and beautiful performances by Rajkummar Rao – Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles, who played the same parts in the first part as well. Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakthi Khurana, and Pankaj Tripathi also supported the lead pair with their natural acting, while Sachin-Jigar’s music was also one of the assets for the movie.
