Soul Stories, the latest Malayalam web series, is scheduled to arrive on OTT soon. Manorama Max has bagged the streaming rights to this series, and it is being reported that the series will be available for online streaming from October 18, 2024.
The announcement of this web series was made during the Mazhavil Entertainment Awards 2024, which was streamed on September 8, 2024. Aadujeevitham’s director Blessy released the trailer for Soul Stories at the event. From October 18, 12 AM, Soul Stories will be available for online streaming on Manorama Max. The interesting thing is this happens to be the first original Malayalam web series this year. Recently, Jai Mahendran, the political satire series that starred Saiju Kurup in the lead role, was announced to premiere on Sony LIV on October 11, 2024. Now Manorama Max is catching up to the competition with Soul Stories.
Suhasini, the veteran actress, plays the role of a middle-aged lady who wants to live her life on her own terms in the series, while Anarkali Marikar plays a young woman who finds it tough to get back to normal life after facing an assault. The trailer showed that the series will involve emotional and thought-provoking segments featuring female characters as the leads. Sanil Kalathil is the director of Soul Stories, and Renji Panicker, RJ Karthik, Wafa Khatjeeja, Asha Madatil, and Gopika Manjusha appear in supporting roles.
