ZEE5 released the trailer for Kakuda on YouTube and various social media platforms. The movie revolves around the village of Ratodi, which is cursed to be stuck in time. Three individuals encounter a ghost in the film, prompting them to challenge beliefs in superstition, tradition, and love. In Ratodi, every household has two doors, with one door required to be opened for Kakuda every Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. In Kakuda, Sonakshi Sinha portrays the character of Indira, who remains unfazed by the presence of ghosts. Indira’s encounter with Kakuda’s wrath is expected to become deeply personal. On the contrary, Riteish will depict Angrezi Tantrik, also known as The Ghost Hunter, who exhibits no fear towards Kakuda. Saqib Saleem takes on the role of Sunny, a loving, humorous, and caring individual, except on Tuesdays. Aasif Khan will portray Kilvish, Sunny’s close friend. However, their bond will be tested when they confront Kakuda.
