Shah Rukh Khan’s Baadshah completes 25 years. The fans of SRK and other netizens remembered the film today, August 27th. Abbas — Mustan directed this action comedy and fans loved the performance and characterization of Shah Rukh Khan. Today marks the 25th anniversary of Baadshah.

Released in 1999, the Abbas — Mustaan’s directorial starred Twinkle Khanna as the female lead. Amrish Puri played the antagonist. Rakhee Gulzar, Johnny Lever, Sharat Saxena, Sachin Khedekar, Pankaj Dheer, Deepshika, and Saurabh Shukla in other roles. Baadshah was inspired by the American film Nick of Time (1995) along with Mr. Nice Guy, Rush Hour, and If Looks Could Kill.

Baadshah’s story is about a detective who wants to make it big, played by Shah Rukh Khan. He gets mistaken for a CBI Official and becomes involved in the murder conspiracy of the Chief Minister. The songs of the film were composed by Anu Malik, and they were massive hits at that time. Baadshah is not available on any OTT platform, but you can watch it on YouTube.
