Venkatesh is coming back to entertain in his comfort zone by collaborating with director Anil Ravipudi, with whom he has delivered impressive, entertaining films in the past. As they gear up for their third project together, the buzz surrounding the film is quite positive. However, the project may now face hurdles regarding its release date.
The release date of Venkatesh and Anil’s untitled project was announced during the film’s launch, with plans to hit theaters for Sankranti 2025. To align with this sentiment, reports suggest they even registered the title ‘Sankrantiki Vastunnam.’ However, the situation has become uncertain.
Two primary reasons are contributing to the uncertainty: First, the film’s OTT deal is yet to be finalized. Second, the same producer, Dil Raju, already has another long-delayed project, Charan’s Game Changer, locked for the Sankranti festival season. While it’s not uncommon for producers to release two films simultaneously, it remains to be seen whether an attentive producer like Dil Raju will take such a bold step or decide to postpone one of the films.
Furthermore, if Venkatesh’s project is pushed out of the Sankranti slot, it raises the question of whether it will retain the title ‘Sankrantiki Vastunnam.’
