Vijay Varma and Nagraj Manjule, an acclaimed filmmaker who has won the National Award, are joining forces for a fresh web series called Matka King. The latest news reveals that the show’s creators have officially selected Marathi actress Sai Tamhankar to join the cast. Nagraj Manjule is known for his notable works, such as Sairat and Fandry, and he is now gearing up for his upcoming Amazon Prime web series, Matka King. Sai Tamhankar’s inclusion in the show comes after the announcement of her involvement in other projects by Excel Entertainment, namely Ground Zero and Agni, where she will play significant roles.

The director was produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur under Roy Kapur Films and expressed eagerness to share this unique and captivating narrative through an OTT platform.
