At the trailer launch of “Yodha,” Raashi Khanna disclosed that she had always harbored a dream of becoming an IAS officer. However, destiny led her to the world of cinema. Playing an IAS officer and Sidharth Malhotra’s love interest in “Yodha” allowed her to experience a part of her dream. She expressed gratitude for the opportunity, acknowledging the role as a fulfilling experience.
Raashi Khanna further elaborated on her role, highlighting the intensity on set and the importance of communication in negotiation scenes. Her portrayal as a government official responsible for negotiations in the film provided her with valuable insights and a deeper understanding of the role. “Yodha,” directed by Pushkar Ojha and Sagar Ambre, is slated to release on March 15, 2024, and marks Raashi Khanna’s second Hindi film after her debut in the 2013 political spy drama “Madras Cafe.”
