Premalu 10 Days Worldwide Collections are out. The latest Malayalam youthful entertainer has received a massive response from the audiences as the film collected more collections on its second weekend than the first weekend. The Kerala Net Collections of the film will be over 22 Crores for 10 days. The rest of India Collections stand at 2+ Cr Gross. Overall, the film has collected 41 Crores Gross at the worldwide box office for 10 days.
Premalu, a romantic comedy-drama film, was released on February 9, 2024. Girish A D directed the film, while Dileesh Pothan, Fahadh Faasil, and Syam Pushkaran produced it under the Bhavana Studios banner. The lead roles are played by Naslen and Mamitha Baiju, supported by Shyam Mohan, Akhila Bhargavan, Sangeeth Prathap, Althaf Salim, and Meenakshi Raveendran. The film features a screenplay co-authored by Gireesh and Kiran Josey. The movie’s production team consists of Ajmal Sabu as the director of photography, Akash Joseph Varghese as the film editor, and Vishnu Vijay as the musical score composer.
The film tells us the story of Sachin (Naslen), an engineering graduate who aspires to pursue his career in the UK and is deeply dissatisfied with his hometown to the extent that he yearns to break free from it. Seeking temporary refuge, he visits Hyderabad through his friend Amal (Sangeeth Prathap), where he unexpectedly develops feelings for Reenu (Mamitha Baiju), an IT employee. However, Sachin’s ideal qualities in a boyfriend differ greatly from Reenu’s expectations. Despite this, they form a friendship, but for their love to flourish, a captivating drama awaits, which the audiences must experience on the silver screen.
