Nagarjuna and Venkatesh for Naga Chaitanya film

Naga Chaitanya’s much-anticipated 23rd film, “Thandel,” helmed by director Chandoo Mondeti, is set to embark on a cinematic journey, and the first look released on November 23rd has already stirred excitement.

The image of Chaitanya, donning a full beard while seated on a boat, exudes a charismatic mass appeal, hinting at a unique character portrayal. In a departure from conventional roles, Chaitanya is set to immerse himself in the character of a fisherman, promising audiences a fresh and engaging narrative.

The collaboration between Chaitanya and music maestro Devi Sri Prasad, renowned for their successful ventures like “100% Love,” “Dhada,” and “Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam,” adds another layer of anticipation.

The inclusion of the talented Sai Pallavi as the female lead, reprising her on-screen chemistry with Chaitanya from the blockbuster “Love Story,” directed by Sekhar Kammula, adds a touch of romance to the film.

The Muhurtham Ceremony for “Thandel” is scheduled to take place on December 9th, starting from 10:30 AM onwards at the Glass House, Annapurna Studios. This auspicious event, set to be graced by esteemed personalities such as King Nagarjuna and Victory Venkatesh, marks the official commencement of the film’s production journey.

“Thandel” is not only a cinematic spectacle but also a financial venture of considerable scale, being touted as the costliest film in Chaitanya’s career.

Makers are planning to unveil a glimpse of the film, strategically attached to the screening of “Salaar” featuring Prabhas on December 22nd, 2023, reflects the filmmakers’ savvy promotional approach.

With the backing of producers Bunny Vas and Allu Aravind under the Geetha Arts banner, “Thandel” promises to be a cinematic treat. Fans eagerly await more updates as the film’s production unfolds.
