Nadanna Sambhavam locks its OTT Partner

Nadanna Sambhavam, a family drama starring Biju Menon and Suraj Venjaramoodu in the lead roles, has finally been released in theaters. Directed by Vishnu Narayan, the film revolves around two husbands who are entirely different from each other. Biju Menon portrays Sreekumaran Unni, the understanding husband, while Suraj Venjaramoodu plays Ajith, the disrespectful husband. Shruti Ramachandran and Lijomol Jose are the female leads in Nadanna Sambhavam, and the movie is scheduled to have an OTT release on Manorama Max after its theatrical run.

According to the latest updates, Manorama Max, the prominent Malayalam OTT platform, has acquired the post-theatrical streaming rights for the movie Nadanna Sambhavam. Given the prevailing trend of OTT releases in the Malayalam film industry, it is anticipated that the film starring Biju Menon and Suraj Venjaramoodu will be accessible on the platform from early August 2024, following a 40-day theatrical run. We can expect an official announcement about this matter soon. The film, directed by Vishnu Narayan and written by Rajesh Gopinadhan, centers on a residential community where a new family settles in. Unni, the head of the household, is a husband who stays at home and is known for being a patient listener and a supportive spouse. His wife holds a position as a professor at a college. Ajith (played by Suraj Venjaramoodu) resides nearby with his wife Dhanya and their family. Ajith becomes increasingly irritated by Unni’s amiable demeanor and respectful attitude towards women, particularly Dhanya, which eventually escalates into a significant conflict.

Shruti Ramachandran portrays Unni’s character’s ‘feminist’ spouse, with Lijomol Jose taking on the role of Dhanya. The supporting cast includes Lalu Alex, Sudhi Koppa, Johny Antony, Noushad Ali, Athira Harikumar, Anagha Ashok Sreejith Nair, Eithal Evana Sherin, Jess Sweeja, and others. Manesh Madhavan is the cinematographer, while Ankit Menon is responsible for the music composition. Saiju Sreedharan and Toby John handle editing duties. Anup Kannan and Renu A produce Nadanna Sambhavam under the banner Anup Kannan Stories.
