It is widely known that Nagarjuna Akkineni, the attractive actor, is set to play a significant part in Sekhar Kammula’s forthcoming movie Kubera alongside Dhanush. His most recent on-screen appearance was in Naa Saami Ranga, directed by Vijay Binny and released during Sankranti. The film proved to be a profitable venture for all the parties involved.
Naa Saami Ranga is once again in the spotlight with the announcement of the streaming and world TV premiere date for its Hindi version. Scheduled to premiere on July 23, 2024, on Colors Cineplex TV channel and JioCinema OTT platform, the Hindi version aims to attract the interest of North Indian audiences with its rural action drama. Ashika Ranganath plays the female lead in the movie, which boasts a stellar cast, including Nasser, Allari Naresh, Raj Tharun, Mirnaa Menon, Rukshar Dhillon, and Shabeer Kallarakkal. Produced by Srinivasaa Chitturi under the Srinivasaa Silver Screen banner, the film also benefits from the musical talents of MM Keeravani. In general, the film serves as a standard form of entertainment that captivates the audience for the most part. The conventional plot and leisurely storytelling are minor flaws, but the well-chosen cast, enjoyable moments, and some thrilling sequences add to the film’s appeal.
The narrative primarily focuses on Friendship, Love, Loyalty, and betrayal within a rural setting. Kishtaiah (Nagarjuna) and Anji (‘Allari’ Naresh) are both orphans who have grown up together as brothers. Kishtayya holds Peddayya (Nasser), the village president of Ambajipeta, in high regard due to the love he showed them in their childhood. Kishtaiah and Varalu (Ashika Ranganath) develop romantic feelings for each other but encounter obstacles due to Dasu (Shabeer Kallarakkal), Peddayya’s third son, who schemes to eliminate Anji and Kishtayya to marry Varalu by any means necessary. Did Dasu’s plans come to fruition? Will Kishtayya and Varalu manage to overcome the challenges and unite? The answers to these inquiries can only be revealed by watching the film.
