Mathu Vadalara 2 stars Sri Simha Kodru and Satya in the lead roles, who were also part of the first installment along with Vennela Kishore. Fariah Abdula, Sunil, and Rohini Molleti joined as the new entries in the second part. The film has been produced by Clap Entertainment and Mythri Movie Makers, and the music has been composed by Kaala Bhairava.
