The renowned actor Rao Ramesh has played the lead role in the film, and debutant director Lakshman Karya has directed it. Aha Video, the Telugu digital platform, has bagged the digital rights for a godo price and started streaming it on September 20, 2024.
The latest report is that the film has clocked 150 million streaming minutes within less time. Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam also had Ankit Koyya, who played the role of Rao Ramesh’s son, while Ramya Pasupuleti, the Instagram celeb, made her big screen debut with the film. The film tells the story of Subramanyam (Rao Ramesh), a middle-aged, unemployed man, and his son Arjun (Ankith Koyya), who is an equally good-for-nothing young boy. Arjun’s mother, Kala Rani (Indraja), runs the household, and she carries the domestic responsibilities for over 25 years. On one day, Subramanyam suddenly finds 10 lakh rupees credited in his account, and the rest of the story is how he handled such a big amount.
