Director Vandna Kataria’s latest film, Love, Sitara, is all set to have a direct OTT release. Starring Sobithia Dhulipala and Rajiv Siddhartha, the family drama will be available on the popular digital platform ZEE5 soon. The makers recently released the trailer, which got a good response from audiences. In recent days, the Hindi films skipping theatrical releases and arriving directly on OTT have become the new norm.
On September 12, 2024, the trailer for Love, Sitara was released by ZEE5 on social media platforms. Sobhitha Dhulipala plays the character, who is named Tara, who is ready to get married, though she was against the system of marriage earlier. Tara works as an independent interior designer, and her marriage gets fixed with Arjun (Rajeev Siddhartha), who is a passionate chef. However, as the preparations for the marriage start, some hidden truths and conflicts between the families emerge, which can put the marriage in danger.
Love, Sitara focuses on modern-day relationships and how the youngsters carry the burden of family expectations and how they find courage while facing disturbing truths. Produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Love, Sitara has been made as a journey of love, heartbreak, and self-discovery. Renowned actress Sonali Kulkarni will be seen in a crucial role in the film, which will be made available for streaming on ZEE5 starting September 27, 2024.
