Tom Hardy, the Hollywood actor, took on the challenge of playing a gay role in Legend, the film that was released in 2015. The film is now all set to arrive on the Indian OTT platform. The popular actor played two roles in the film, named Reggie and Ron Kray.
Legend focuses on the real-life story of London’s most notorious gangsters, Reggie and Ron Kray, both played by Tom Hardy. Set against the backdrop of the 1960s, this classic crime thriller tries to explore the secret history of London and the incidents that influenced the lives of twins. The film is an adaptation of the book The Profession of Violence: The Rise and Fall of the Kray Twins by John Pearson. Directed by Brian Helgeland, Legend has been added to the upcoming movies on Lionsgate Play, the popular digital platform. Though the release date of the film is not out yet, it is being said that it will be made available for streaming in October.
