Director Koratala Siva is going through a difficult phase in his career. Koratala Siva, a renowned director, recently had an exceptional start with consecutive blockbusters like Mirchi, Srimanthudu, Janatha Garage, and Bharat Ane Nenu. These four films, featuring top heroes, took him to great heights and established him as one of the top directors in Tollywood. However, his fortunes took a turn with Acharya. The movie faced numerous delays during production, and when it was finally released, it turned out to be a complete disaster.
This film proved to be a significant setback for Koratala Siva regarding his career and finances. He had taken on the additional production responsibility due to unforeseen circumstances during the shooting. Following its release, the film did not live up to expectations, and as said above, it became a massive disaster at the box office.
Eventually, NTR agreed to collaborate with Koratala Siva for Devara, bringing a glimmer of hope. However, lately, a plagiarism case related to Srimanthudu has emerged, causing another setback for the director. The court has ruled in favor of writer Sarath Chandra, who filed the case and ordered criminal action against Koratala Siva. The only way out for him now is to resolve the issue with the writer. Still, Sarath Chandra is reportedly demanding a public apology, leaving Koratala Siva in a dilemma. Let’s wish that the talented director gets out of this controversy soon,
