The movie has already secured the third spot for the highest-grossing Indian film in North America, surpassing Padmaavat and PK. It is currently trailing behind Pathaan (US $17.5 million) and Baahubali 2- The Conclusion (US $22 million). With the current trend and excitement surrounding the film, it appears that Pathaan’s record will soon be overtaken. By the end of this weekend, Kalki is expected to claim the second spot for the highest-grossing Indian film. After a successful 14-day run at the box office, the film has grossed approximately US $16.81 million. By early evening on the 15th day, the film brought the total earnings to US $17 million. With the weekend approaching and mixed reviews for Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2, Kalki 2898 AD is poised for a lucrative weekend. The movie continues to perform well in India, surpassing 850 Crore Gross and aiming to reach the coveted milestone of 1000 Cr in its lifetime.

The production team has completed 30-35 days of shooting for the sequel.
