Kalinga, the latest horror thriller from Telugu cinema, had created good hype before its release with interesting posters and promos. Though a section of audiences loved the film, overall, it was a box office failure. The film was directed by Dhruva, who also happens to be the director of the film, and the critics appreciated his taking in a few scenes. The film is made as a proper horror thriller without any deviations, and the latest news is that it is scheduled for an OTT release soon.
Kalinga was released in theaters on September 13, and as said above, though a section of audiences liked it, the film did not receive the desired result. Reportedly, because of the genre and technical excellence, the makers had a good deal with a prominent digital platform, and Kalinga will be made accessible for streaming online in a few days. The digital rights of the film have been acquired by none other than Aha Video, and the streaming platform will announce the OTT release date of Kalinga soon. Kalinga also stars Pragya Nayan, Aadukalam Naren, Lakshman Meesala, and Tanikella Bharani in crucial roles. Vishnu Shekhara and Ananta Narayan have composed the film’s music, while Deepthi Kondaveeti and Prudvhi Yadav have produced the film.
