Kakuda is set in the intriguing village of Ratodi, located in the Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh. Ratodi stands out from other villages due to a long-standing curse plaguing it. According to the official synopsis, every house in the district of Ratodi in Kakuda has two identical doors, except for their size. One door is of regular size, while the other is smaller. Aditya Sarpotdar, in an official statement, shared his excitement about his upcoming film, Kakuda. The filmmaker expressed his fascination with exploring the delicate balance between fear and laughter, a concept sure to pique the audience’s interest.
