The creator of Arjun Reddy and Animal, Sundeep Reddy Vanga, who is soon set to collaborate with Jr NTR for Dragon, was recently seen in the promotional campaign of Jr NTR’s upcoming film Devara, alongside Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor, who are also part of the project. The star director was seen interviewing the cast while discussing various aspects of Devara.
Plenty of insights about the Devara franchise were unveiled in this interview, sparking excitement among fans and netizens alike. Jr NTR shared his thoughts on the fictional world of the film and how the audience feels a deep connection to it.
During the conversation, Jr NTR compared Devara to Batman, explaining that Gotham is essentially Chicago’s Downtown. He went on to say that there’s a lot of world-building happening in Indian cinema as well, citing examples like Baahubali and Kalki 2898 AD. Jr NTR also mentioned that Animal connects with the audience by drawing them directly into its fictional world through its characters and narrative.
