John Abraham and Sharvari’s Vedaa clears the Censor Issues

Nikkhil Advani’s film Vedaa, featuring John Abraham and Sharvari, has successfully overcome the obstacles and delays in obtaining censor certificates. The movie, set to release on Independence Day, faced a setback due to delays in clearance and certification. However, in a recent update, it has been revealed that the filmmakers have obtained approval from the Central Board of Film Certification on Monday. A joint statement previously highlighted the certificate delay issue and announced that the CBFC committee would review the film on July 29.

The film Vedaa, starring John Abraham, has been granted a U/A certificate by the censor board, providing it with relief. As per a report from Pinkvilla, it has been disclosed that Vedaa received its censor certificate unedited. This determination was reached following a screening conducted by the certification board. Vedaa has received a U/A certification from the Central Board of Film Certification’s reviewing committee without any cuts. The producers have been recommended to include a disclaimer at the film’s outset, and the certification authority has granted the content a clean approval. According to a source, the Vedaa team expresses their satisfaction with the seamless process and values the CBFC’s understanding of the significant issue the film aims to highlight.

Fans have eagerly anticipated the release of the Vedaa trailer ever since the countdown began with less than 20 days remaining. Before the premiere of this action-packed thriller on August 15th, fans can look forward to the trailer being unveiled this week. A week ago, the director and producers of Vedaa informed fans about the delay in obtaining the certification despite their diligent efforts. The official joint statement also indicated that the CBFC’s revising committee is scheduled to view Vedaa on July 29 before issuing their decision.
