Indian 2 is now streaming on OTT. It features the Legendary actor Kamal Haasan in the lead role and is now accessible for streaming on Netflix. This film was written and directed by the renowned South Indian filmmaker Shankar and produced by Lyca Productions. Indian 2 is available on Netflix in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
Indian 2 was released in theaters worldwide on July 12th amidst massive hype. However, the film failed to live up to the expectations and ended up as a big disaster at the box office with a lifetime Gross Collection of 150 Crores Gross at the worldwide box office. The film was slammed by audiences and critics for its cringe content and outdated taking. Many felt that it was not at all a Shankar film, and it missed its mark entirely. The trailer or glimpse of Indian 3 at the end of Indian 2 received a positive response. Interestingly, Indian 3 is set against the backdrop of pre-independence, and SJ Suryah, who appeared for only a couple of scenes in Indian 2, will have a full-fledged role in the sequel. Also, Kajal Aggarwal will be seen as the female lead in Indian 3.
