Kangana Ranaut is one of the well known Bollywood Actresses and also highly appreciated for her performance is struggling to score a hit at the box office. Her recent film Tejas, A Biopic of Tejas Gill (An Airforce Pilot) failed to attracted the netizens despite the efforts of Kangana.
Though the film was a honest attempt from the makers, The reason for its failure might be a lack from promotions as many didn’t know when the film got released. The budget would be another reason, Though Kangana Ranaut did a fabulous job by playing as Tejas. Her mission in the 2nd half was not handled properly by the makers as the content of the film requires a grand scale of making or atleast if it would have shot under decent budget it might have clicked to some extent. Tejas is an inspirational story. Though the editing was not in flow at times, The journey of Tejas Gill and her personal life was handled really well by the director. Hope it gets noticed when it comes out on OTT.
At the other end, Even Chandramukhi 2 didn’t work that well at the box office. Despite of it’s decent run at the box office in kollywood it was bombed in telugu. It also received heavy trolling even after the film came out on OTT. However Kangana Ranaut efforts were not taken off, She is receiving good amount of applause from the netizens for her performance. Are off screen controversies and her open statements on topics somehow effecting her films run at box office as well? Well! Who are we to judge. Hope she comes back strong.
