Darling is the latest romantic comedy starring Priyadarshi and Nabha Natesh as the lead pair. The film had a good pre-release buzz because of proper promotions by the team. Also, the producers arranged a few paid premiers before the release day. However, all the efforts went in vain as the film did not get the desired result at the box office.
Nevertheless the film failed at the time of its theatrical release, makers expected Darling to receive the appreciation it deserved after digital release. The film started streaming on Disney Plus Hot star a week ago but still, it made little noise. Generally, a few films get a good response on OTT, though they fail at the theaters. In the case of Darling, both theatrical and digital releases turned out to be failures.
Darling has Nabha Natesh playing a character which suffers from multiple personality disorder. Priyadarshi’s performance was appreciated by a section of audiences, but overall the film failed to attract the majority of viewers because of the weak story and dull comedy along with poor music.
