Following a consistent low-key performance, the film experienced a slight surge in numbers over the last weekend, crossing the Rs 50 crore milestone. According to the trade experts, the film earned Rs 1.5 crore on the thirteenth day, bringing the total collection of Chandu Champion to Rs 54.5 crore.

The film has already faced tough competition with Munjya, the horror comedy, and today, the big film Kalki 2898 AD was released in theaters. So the theatrical run of Chandu Champion will come to an end soon. Jointly produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Kabir Khan Films, the film stars Kartik Aaryan, Vijay Raaz, Bhagyashree Patwardhan, and Rajpal Yadav in significant roles.

Despite battling a high fever, a shoulder injury, and neck pain, Kartik displayed immense determination and underwent rigorous training to portray a professional swimmer on screen. In the video posted on Instagram, the 33-year-old actor candidly admits, “I never considered myself a swimmer, nor could I envision myself becoming one.” The footage beautifully captures his entire swimming expedition, starting from his initial days of learning the sport to the triumphant moment of flawlessly executing the Olympic scene in the movie.
