Gopichand, Sreenu Vaitla, and Kavya Thappar are all under pressure to deliver a hit at the box office, and they are gearing up for the Dussehra festival season with their upcoming film Vishwam. The film is slated to hit the screens on October 11th, 2024. However, with Jr NTR’s Devara fever still lingering and Rajinikanth’s Vettaiyan also releasing on October 10th, 2024, a clash at the box office seems inevitable.
Vishwam is set to be a typical Sreenu Vaitla-style action entertainer, and from the teaser, one can expect his trademark train comedy scenes, similar to those in Ravi Teja’s Venky, to make an appearance. However, it will be interesting to see if the new artists can live up to the expectations set by their predecessors.
This will be the first time Gopichand and Kavya Thappar are seen together on screen, and based on the promos and released songs, they look promising. With just 10 days left until the release, the production team needs to kickstart their active promotions, as it plays a crucial role in ensuring a successful comeback. So far, the promotional campaign has been lackluster and must pick up pace quickly.
