Boyapati and Harish Shankar: Back to Their Roots

Every director has their own comfort zone when making a film, and when their directorial style aligns with the vibe of their lead actors, they often use this synergy as a weapon to make a comeback during challenging times or to capitalize on opportunities for greater fame.

Currently, two directors in this situation are Boyapati Sreenu and Harish Shankar. Both are reputed commercial filmmakers now struggling to bounce back after their previous failures: Boyapati with Skanda, starring Ram, and Harish Shankar with Mr. Bachchan, featuring Ravi Teja.

Both directors are now seizing the opportunity to work with their comfort zone actors to achieve success at the box office. Boyapati, who has enjoyed considerable success after collaborating with Nandamuri Balakrishna, is set to make a comeback with the sequel to Akhanda. Meanwhile, Harish Shankar, who faced heavy trolling for his efforts with Mr. Bachchan, is poised to rebound with his beloved actor Pawan Kalyan. Shankar previously surprised fans with Gabbar Singh, showcasing Pawan in a highly energized manner, and he is expected to replicate this success with Ustaad Bhagath Singh, with filming set to resume soon based on the availability of the actor’s dates.
