The action-packed entertainer Bhimaa will be available for streaming on Disney Plus Hotstar starting April 25th. As officially confirmed, Disney Plus Hotstar holds the digital rights to the movie. There is a gap of over six weeks between the theatrical and OTT release dates. There were some strong rumors about the film’s OTT arrival on April 5th, but that did not happen. But the official announcement from the streaming service has delighted the fans who were eagerly waiting for the film’s digital release.
Starring Malvika Sharma and Priya Bhavani Shankar as the leading ladies, Bhimaa was produced by KK Radhamohan under the banner of Sri Satya Sai Arts. Ravi Basrur, known for his work in KGF, composed the music for the film. Bhimaa tells the story of two brothers, Rama and Bhimaa, who got separated at a young age. The film’s age-old storyline and overdose of melodrama did not work for it, while the audience praised some action sequences and a slight touch of fantasy. It will be interesting to see how the movie is received on the OTT platform.
