Balakrishna’s film Bhagavanth Kesari, released during the previous Dussehra festive season, had a successful theatrical run. Following the hits of Akhanda and Veera Simha Reddy, this movie became Balayya’s third consecutive success at the box office. Directed by Anil Ravipudi, this emotional action drama featured Sreeleela in a significant role. The Nandamuri fans and general audiences liked the mixture of subtle and aggressive nature in Balakrishna’s character.
Recently, the film had its world television premiere on Zee Telugu. The latest update reveals that Bhagavanth Kesari achieved a remarkable 9.36 TRP rating during its initial telecast. In the past, people used to show interest in watching movies on television, but those days have changed. Therefore, this TRP rating is quite good.
Notably, Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal portrayed the antagonist in Bhagavanth Kesari, marking his debut in Tollywood. Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi produced the film under the banner of Shine Screens. SS Thaman composed the music, and Kajal Aggarwal played another significant role.
Bhagavanth Kesari Movie’s Plot:
Bhagavanth Kesari, a formidable police officer, confronts a corrupt politician and his son, a cunning businessman. The son manipulates the circumstances to implicate Bhagavanth Kesari, leading to his false imprisonment. While incarcerated, Bhagavanth Kesari receives assistance from a compassionate jailer, who enables him to bid a final farewell to his mother and secures his release. Tragically, the jailer meets an untimely demise in an accident, but not before extracting a pledge from Bhagavanth Kesari to ensure his daughter, Viji Papa, becomes a military officer. The narrative revolves around Bhagavanth Kesari’s determination to honor this promise and exact revenge upon the businessman who unjustly harmed him.
