This year, the whole world of audience, irrerspective of the launguage, very curiously waitied for the movie ‘Animal’. The name of the director after his previous blockbuster, Kabir Singh and the stellar cast of animal all inclusively added to the never before hype and the unprecedented euphoria for the movie. The gripping fever pitch has stirred the world to enhance the pre-release bookings on a stunning note. Though it was first scheduled to be slated for release even earlier, finally the film hit the screens today all over the world.
Of course, the story line of differences between father and son was sufficiently older, but Sandeep Vanga took a totally new dimension of content to present it with his innovative excellence. For the audience who have seen the story of a father and son in every language posssible in the world, the three and half hour narrative of Animal appears absolutely fresh and new without any resemblance to the previous ones released till date.
The story goes with a son who longs for the intimate association right from the childhood is left with an inexplicable amount of dissatisfaction for not being gifted with it and finally slips into dissipation. Father was pauselessly engaged in his daily routine of business day in and day out. The son grows in disenchantment as he is being kept at bay by the father. But the love of the son for his father never wanes away. Instead, it evolves into almost obsessison which leads the son to resort to indiscrimate violence to safegaurd his father from the perilous surroundings. The films ends up with the father realising the affection of his son only to feel sorry for having missed it for lifetime.
Sandeep vanga, as a mastermind in carving out a new angle whether it is a love story or a family drama, succeeded in showcasing the brilliant content between a busy father and a longing son. Every scene and every dialogue that sandeep has mastered to deliver captured the auditorium to leave the audience in awe and in stunning mood. If one recollects the scenes after once coming out of the theatre, it makes feel that no other can handle the script like saneep did right from the beginning to the end. All the emotions of all the characters, in continuity, meticulously added to the culmination of fulfillment in sense and essence that Sandeep Vanga intended to.
Anil kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor effectively portrayed their given roles in the most impressive fashion. Ranbir was given a lifetime opportunity with this character which he can always pride uipon. Being a veteran, Anil kapoor enabled himself to face the astounding performance of Ranbir Kapoor who exhibited peerless histrionics of a character filled with vengence like commitment towards his beloved father. Bobby Deol also replenished the narrative with a silent presence in the violent proportion. Rashmika has displayed never before ability to establish herself as an actress of certain potential.
Songs and Rerecording, in tandem, duly elevated all the scenes and emotions. Editiong done by the director himself created the engrossing interest, despite its undue length for a feature film.
Finally the film Animal, as is desribed by one and all in the country, can be expected to write an epic for its ownself.
